Confidence Consultation

Ideal for parents who just need a confidence boost. 

This service is perfect for addressing and troubleshooting common breastfeeding concerns such as pain, latch & positioning, milk supply, weaning & more.

Essentials Package

$329

Perfect for addressing and supporting more complex breastfeeding issues and concerns.

This can include issues such as cracked nipples, mastitis, slow weight gain, nipple shields, pumping, tongue tie assessment, fussy breastfeeding, reflux, weaning and more.

Check-In Visit

$149

A personalised  follow-up home visit to review progress, answer new questions and provide ongoing gudance.

Confidence Consultation

Ideal for parents who just need a confidence boost. 

Useful for addressing and troubleshooting common breastfeeding concerns such as pain, latch & positioning, milk supply, weaning & more.

Pre-Visit Phone Call (20 minutes):

  • Discuss breastfeeding history and current concerns
  • Review birth experience
  • Assess health history for you and your baby or toddler
  • Identify your feeding goals and needs.


Home Visit (90 minutes):

  • Scheduled at a time that suits you.


During the consultation, we will work together to explore the individual needs of you, your baby or toddler, and your family.


Consultation Includes:

  • Detailed breastfeeding observation and assessment.
  • Support and guidance on:
    • Positioning and latch/attachment.
    • Deep/shallow attachment.
    • Sucking/swallowing/milk transfer.
    • Feeding needs.
    • Milk supply concerns.
    • Age-appropriate feeding and sleeping patterns discussion.
    • Hunger and satiation cues.
    • Breast care and nipple care.
    • Weaning.

Emotional Wellbeing Support:

  • Nurturing your emotional wellbeing.
  • Implementing mindfulness and self-care activities.

Referral and Resources:

  • Referral to other health professionals for further assessment or medical review with GP or Paediatrician if indicated.
  • Sharing of evidence-based information, education, advice, tips, and guidance to keep you on track.
  • Links to evidence-based resources.

Follow-Up Support:

  • 1 week of follow-up text or phone support.

Session 1: Initial Home Consultation (90 minutes):

  • Scheduled at a time that suits you and your family.
  • Comprehensive breastfeeding observation and assessment.
  • Support and guidance on:
    • Positioning and attachment.
    • Pain or difficulty with latching.
    • Sucking/swallowing and milk transfer.
    • Milk supply concerns.
    • Slow weight gain.
    • Feeding needs.
    • Hunger and satiation cues.
    • Mastitis and blocked ducts management.
    • Use of nipple shields.
    • Pumping and flange sizing.
    • Fussy breastfeeding, reflux, intolerances, and allergies.
    • Oral assessment for suck assessment and tongue tie.
    • Increasing milk supply.
    • Breast and nipple care for cracked and damaged nipples.
    • Vasospasm.


Session 2: Follow-Up Home Consultation (60 minutes):

  • Scheduled within 2 weeks of the initial consultation, at a time that suits you and your family.
  • Review progress and address any new concerns.
  • Adjust the feeding plan as needed to ensure continued success.


Consultations Include:

  • Working together to develop a feeding plan that supports your goals, the needs of your baby or toddler, and your family's well-being.
  • Emailed feeding plan within 24 hours outlining your visit, goals, and future steps.

Additional Support:

  • Referral to other health professionals for further assessment or medical review with GP or Paediatrician if indicated.
  • Sharing evidence-based information, education, advice, tips, and guidance.
  • Discussion on age-appropriate feeding and sleeping patterns.
  • Nurturing your emotional well-being and supporting you to implement mindfulness and self-care activities.
  • Developmental "blue book" check and weigh as indicated.

Follow-Up Support:

  • 4 weeks of follow-up text and phone support.
  • 30-minute "wrap-up" phone call 2 weeks after Session 2 follow-up consultation.

The Check-In Visit

A supportive follow-up visit offering reassurance, guidance, and practical support as your baby grows and your family's needs evolve.

Each Check - In Visit is tailored to your family's needs.


Follow up in Home Consultation (60 minutes):

Includes:

  • Review of progress and current concerns
  • Personalised guidance tailored to you and your families changing needs and care plan
  • Feeding support ( breastfeeding, bottle feeding, mixed feeding, introducing solids)
  • Growth and development guidance
  • Baby weight check if indicated
  • Responsive, evidence - based information
  • Opportunity to ask questions and discuss new challenges.
  • Visit scheduled at a time that suits you and your family.
  • 1 week of text or phone support as you make changes.
